This page explains the information used by this storefront and what happens when you continue a conversation on WhatsApp.
Browsing and your bag
You can browse HoodiePK without creating an account. The website uses your browser’s storage to remember the hoodie size and quantity in your bag between page visits. This is stored on your device; it is not an order record or a customer account.
You can remove items from the bag or clear this website’s stored data in your browser settings. Clearing site data removes the saved bag on that browser. If persistent storage is unavailable, the website uses session storage where possible; your bag may then be limited to the current browser session.
Contact and order messages
The contact form prepares a message for WhatsApp. The storefront does not send the form to a separate HoodiePK form server. Continuing to WhatsApp passes the prepared text to that service so you can review it and choose whether to send it.
When you send a message, HoodiePK receives the information you choose to include, alongside the information WhatsApp makes available to the recipient. An order conversation may include your name, phone number, delivery address, selected size and order details so the order can be discussed and arranged.
Include only information needed for your enquiry. Do not put card details, passwords or other sensitive information into the contact form. This website does not provide an online card-payment form.
Optional website measurement
Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity are off by default. If you allow analytics, they help us understand page visits, product interactions and how people navigate the website. Clarity can create session replays and interaction heatmaps. These services may use cookies and process technical information about your device, browser and visits.
The site masks page content for Clarity and does not intentionally send contact-form values or drafted WhatsApp messages as analytics events. The providers still process technical and interaction data when enabled. Google’s practices are described in its privacy policy and Microsoft’s in the Microsoft privacy statement. Your analytics choice
You can browse, use your bag and prepare an order with analytics off. Your choice is saved in this browser. Turning analytics off reloads the page to stop further website measurement; it does not erase data already received by the providers.
Analytics are off unless you have previously allowed them in this browser.
Website delivery and external services
The website host may process technical request information, such as an IP address and browser details, to deliver and operate the site. Browser storage for the bag and analytics preference is separate from information processed by the host or messaging service.
WhatsApp is a separate service. Its handling of information is described in the WhatsApp privacy policy. Once you follow an external link, that service’s own practices apply. This also applies to external references in the Journal and care guides.
Your choices and questions
You choose whether to send the WhatsApp message prepared by the site. You can edit it before sending, leave optional form fields blank and clear the bag and preferences stored in your browser.
For questions about information shared in an order conversation, or to request a correction or deletion, contact HoodiePK using the original conversation where possible. Avoid posting personal order details in public comments.
